Well, judging by the art you have in your gallery it wouldn't be beyond your ability. The trick to cartoon characters is nailing their 'formula'. The best way to crack that is to draw Sonic over and over and over again.

And having just Googled Sonic.exe, whilst finding the image of a bloody eyed sonic kinda cool, I haven't done any art on it.
